Gift Card Terms
Voyage gift cards are issued by The trustee for M & E Ter Horst Family Trust, ABN 36 499 736 043, trading as Voyage Classic. They can be used at voyage-classic.com.
Expiry
Voyage gift cards have no expiry date. Your balance stays yours for as long as it takes you to find the right piece.
Fees
No fees apply, at any point. There are no activation fees, account keeping fees, balance enquiry fees or inactivity fees, and none will be introduced.
How to use a gift card
- Enter the gift card code at checkout.
- Gift cards are redeemable online at voyage-classic.com, against any product.
- A gift card can be used across more than one order until the balance reaches zero.
- If your order comes to more than the balance, pay the difference by card at checkout.
- Gift cards cannot be used to buy another gift card.
Cash and transfers
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another account, except where the law requires otherwise.
A gift card can be passed on to someone else. Whoever holds the code can use it, so please treat a gift card code like cash.
Lost, stolen or shared codes
Treat a gift card code like cash. Anyone who holds the code can use it.
If a code is lost, or you believe it has been used without your permission, contact us as soon as you can with the original order number. We will take reasonable steps to help, including cancelling the remaining balance and reissuing it where we can confirm the card has not already been redeemed. We cannot recover value that has already been spent.
Returns and refunds
Where an item paid for with a gift card is refunded, the refund is made to a gift card or store credit. That is the same form as the original payment, which is how refunds are to be made under the Australian Consumer Law unless we agree otherwise with you.
We do not refund gift card value to a bank account or payment card. This protects both of us against gift card fraud.
If you would prefer the refund in a different form, contact us and we will consider it.
Change of mind returns are handled under our Returns policy.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. That includes your right to choose between a refund and a replacement where there is a major failure with a product.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. No change will reduce the value of a gift card already issued, add a fee, or introduce an expiry date.
