Change of Mind

At Voyage Classic, we want you to love your purchase. However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before completing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we sincerely apologise. Please contact our customer service team a info@voyage-classic.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

If the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return due to a fault:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • A request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Refund Process

We accept returns up to 30 business days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days to your original payment method.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@voyage-classic.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom items

Shipping Costs

  • For any other eligible return, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
