1. About these terms

voyage-classic.com is operated by The trustee for M & E Ter Horst Family Trust (ABN 36 499 736 043), trading as Voyage Classic (Voyage, we, us). These terms apply when you use our website or buy from us. Our Refund policy, Shipping policy, Privacy policy and Gift Card Terms also form part of these terms.

2. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that cannot be excluded. If any part of these terms would do that, it does not apply to that extent.

3. Products and prices

  • We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another.
  • Prices are in Australian dollars. The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Orders sent outside Australia may attract import duties and taxes on arrival, as set out in our Shipping policy.

4. Orders

  • When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in it. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available, a price or description is clearly wrong, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we will refund in full anything you have paid for it.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not see or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the address you give at checkout, within the timeframes in our Shipping policy. Please check your address carefully. The goods become your responsibility once they are delivered.

7. Returns and refunds

Change of mind returns, faulty items and refunds are covered in our Refund policy.

8. Gift cards

Gift cards are covered by our Gift Card Terms.

9. Using our website

  • You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its security or operation.
  • The text, photographs, logos and designs on the website belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without our written consent.

10. Our liability

Section 2 always applies. Beyond the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order, or that was caused by something outside our reasonable control.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page. The terms in force when you place an order are the terms that apply to that order.

12. Your personal information

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
