Shipping policy

Shipping within Australia
Standard: $12, or free on orders of $150 and over. Usually 2 to 8 business days after dispatch.
Express: $16 on any order. Usually 1 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Every order is sent with Australia Post and tracked. We email your tracking link when your order is on its way.

Order processing
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process your order before it is dispatched.

International shipping
We ship to selected countries. The shipping cost for your country is shown at checkout. Free shipping applies to Australian orders only.

Your order may attract import duties and taxes once it reaches your destination country. These are set by your government, are not collected by us, and remain your responsibility as the customer.

Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are set out in full in our Refund Policy.

In short: 30 days to change your mind on an unworn item, no time limit on a faulty one, and we cover the return cost when an item is faulty.
